Alden Clinical Evaluation Services, LLC was founded in 2010. Our mission is to provide quality psychological evaluations in a professional and timely manner.
The types of evaluations we do include: general psychological evaluations at the referral of a physician or other treatment provider, educational assessment and other evaluations as appropriate to the needs of the client. We also have a specialist in forensic psychology, Dr. Robert Danaher, who is experienced in assisting the courts regarding matters such as:

- Divorce Child Custody Matters (Best Interest of the Child)
- Violence Risk Assessment
- Competency to Manage Funds

It is understood that in some settings certain instruments or tests are required as part of evaluation. Some of the instruments commonly employed in our practice include: The Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale, the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, the Shipley Institute of Living Scale 2, the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Rating Scale, The Personality Assessment Inventory, the MMPI, the Devereaux Scale of Mental Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Symptoms Rating Scale, Structured Assessment of Violence Risk in Youth, Domestic Violence Inventory and there are numerous others.
A typical psychological evaluation includes a clinical interview, a review of a person’s background and history, as well as the administration of appropriate psychometric instruments.
